OCTA governance is maintained in the form of bylaws, policies and a strategic plan.
The Board of Directors, elected by the membership, has the authority to determine the structural organization and guiding principles that govern the daily activities of the association. The Leadership Manual (Nov 2021) has been developed and approved by the Board of Directors, and may be revised, updated, or added to by them as the need arises.
