OCTA Bylaws, Policies & Strategic Plan

Governance of OCTA is the responsibility of the Board of Directors.

OCTA Leadership Roles and Responsibilities

This section defines the duties, responsibilities and functional relationships of the association leadership. It provides a one-page chart with the names of the OCTA Board of Directors, officers, professional staff, and committee chairs, as well as chapter presidents. It also provides a listing of officers, directors, and headquarters staffing since the start of the Association.

Committees, External focus

This section describes the functions of the OCTA committees that are more focused on providing information to the public. The Leadership Chart, which lists current committee chairs, can be found In the OCTA Leadership Roles & Responsibilities Section, above. Changes to these descriptions do not require approval by the OCTA board.

Committees, Internal focus

This section describes the functions of the various more inwardly focused committees. The Leadership Chart, which lists current committee chairs, can be found In the OCTA Leadership Roles & Responsibilities section, above.

Activity Forms

Included are a variety of forms that can help members and leadership do their work. There are volunteer and visitor acknowledgement of risk forms, award nomination forms and education award applications, donation and use agreement forms, conflict of interest, budget development and reimbursement forms, and more.
