The mission of the Colorado-Cherokee Trail Chapter is to protect the legacy of the historic trails that traversed Colorado. We are particularly interested in promoting public awareness and preservation of the Cherokee Trail.

We are marking and mapping the Cherokee Trail and working with private landowners and government agencies to pursue our mission. We hold meetings and tours throughout the state of Colorado and publish a quarterly newsletter.
