OCTA Bylaws, Policies & Strategic Plan

Governance of OCTA is the responsibility of the Board of Directors.

OCTA governance is maintained in the form of the bylaws, policies and a strategic plan.

The Board of Directors, elected by the membership, has the authority to determine the structural organization and guiding principles that govern the daily activities of the association. These authoritative documents have been developed and approved by the Board of Directors, and may be revised, updated, or added to by them as the need arises.
